This method gives you several options for adjusting the level.
To Sound Pressure Level of X
This method adjusts the sound file(s) to a user-specified equivalent sound pressure level. This could be A, B, C or Z-weighted. Note that if multiple files are selected, the gain offset is likely to be different for each file.
To Median Level of Set of Files
This method allows a group of files to be set to a gain offset based on the median equivalent level of the group of files.
If you were to assume that the median listening level of your files was 70 dB(A) (for example), this method would set the required gain for all of the files so that this condition was met.
To Maximum Level of Set of Files
This method allows a group of files to be set to a gain offset based on the maximim equivalent level of the group of files.
To Minimum Level of Set of Files
This method allows a group of files to be set to a gain offset based on the minimum equivalent level of the group of files.
Adjust Level by a Constant
This method adjusts the level by a fixed gain offset, relative to the default gain of the analysers.
No Change
This method uses the default gain of the analysers.
